California Supply Chain Transparency

Required California Disclosure: CA Supply Chain Transparency

CarHop recognizes the serious nature of the crimes of human trafficking and slavery. CarHop has taken and will take every reasonable effort to ensure that its supply chain is free of products that are tainted by human trafficking. Because all of the vehicles sold by CarHop in California are used vehicles, and all of the replacement parts CarHop uses in its reconditioning process are purchased from other retailers, CarHop believes that it has taken all necessary steps to audit and reasonably mitigate the risk that its products are tainted by the crimes of human trafficking and slavery. CarHop does not verify product supply changes or conduct audits of its suppliers to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. CarHop does not require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into its products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. CarHop does not maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking. CarHop does not provide training on human trafficking and slavery to its employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management.
