Boy, I’ll never get sick of reading love letters. Wait, let
me clarify; they’re not what you might think!
CarHop values every individual customer. We understand that
you each have a story to tell, and we want to hear it! So we encourage
customers to share their CarHop experience. In these notes, customers tell us
about things like, what brought them to CarHop, how CarHop changed their lives
for the better, and how we helped them when no one else would. We call these
notes “love letters” because so many of our customers say they love CarHop. In
fact, we get so many of these letters that CarHop stores hang them on the
walls, proudly displayed for all to enjoy. In some stores, the letters covers
the walls!
Every customer love letter is an inspiration to the CarHop
team, and a reminder of why CarHop exists in the first place – to help people
drive! So please, keep them coming!
