Due to our consistent growth and progressive business objectives we are looking for “career-minded” Customer Service professionals to join our call center marketing team in our Minnetonka, MN based corporate headquarters.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Taking inbound calls in an effort to:
Respond to customer inquiries resulting from television ads, direct mailings, referrals, or online applications.
Set appointments at closest dealership, and provide directions when needed.
Provide our customers with information about CarHop and the CarHop program.
Gather initial information and set up a file for the customer in our computer system.
Prepare the customer for their appointment by telling them what documents they will need to bring with them to their appointment with the Sales team.
Making outbound/return calls to respond to customer inquiries, etc… in an effort to:
Investigate appointments that were scheduled, but for one reason or another not kept by the customer.
Ask why they haven’t purchased, then to overcome any objections and get them excited about our program. This includes selling them on the benefits of the CarHop program.
Inquire with past/current customers or prospects in an effort to generate additional referrals. Explain our generous customer referral program.
Measure satisfaction of recent purchase experience.
When loan is paid off to ask if they are interested in an upgrade.
Respond to online applications/inquiries.
*This position requires learning and using script language for accuracy of information and delivering a consistent message. Calls are monitored, and files are checked, for accuracy and quality control purposes.
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Previous Customer Service/call center experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with telemarketing/ appointment scheduling is a plus.
Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet proficiency is required.
Must be available to work two (2) evenings/ week until , and every other Saturday.
Must be able to consistently keep a smile in your voice, speak clearly with good articulation and grammar, listen intently, and respond appropriately. Also must have the ability to be calm and a desire to be helpful to others.
Must maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment criminal background inquiry, and results must meet company requirements.
