Though I’ve spent over 13 years in Customer Service and Management, UAC is the first company that has given me an opportunity to get involved in Collections. UAC handles their Collections from a different perspective, and this position really allows me to draw on my past experiences in Customer Service. By listening to what they’re telling me, discussing solutions that they may not have thought about, and ultimately coming to a resolution, I’m able to keep people driving.
